After players began resorting to glitch using in ‘Friday the 13th: The Game’, Gun Media is addressing the situation via Twitter. Ready to play fair?
Friday the 13th: The Game is about stalking, not cheating.
If you’ve been playing Friday the 13th: The Game, you know how amazingly fun it is. With three playable maps, the multiplayer game is a dream come true. But while thousands are playing the horror game fairly, some are exploiting the game’s glitches. Now, Gun Media is going to Twitter to address those cheaters.
Here’s what Gun Media and Friday the 13th: The Game is saying about the situation, courtesy of the official account:
Counselors getting on roofs, hiding under bridges or using spots in major buildings are all identified and will be removed.

You can maybe cheat Jason Voorhees but you can’t cheat Gun Media!
With the game only a few weeks old, it’s great that the devs are addressing the situation. Some gamers love glitches but when we’re talking about a multiplayer elimination game, it’s often brutal. Just last night, I ran into the same scenario and had to wait out the clock — Jason simply couldn’t reach them.
As Gun Media continues to improve the game, Friday the 13th fans are getting a better game everyday. While some complain the game should’ve been perfect upon launch, I understand needing to be patient. The company is small and these problems can happen. I just glad the game exists, so I can wait a few weeks for the game to be fully fixed.
So, are you tired of people glitching Friday the 13th: The Game?
