The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It coming to 4K UHD & Blu-ray this August

Witness the chilling terror and unknown evil of one of the scariest movies in The Conjuring franchise yet when The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It releases August 2021 on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD. The film will also be available for premium digital ownership toward the end of July 2021.
Directed by Michael Chaves, who also directed The Curse of La Llorona, the third official movie in The Conjuring trilogy stars Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson as famed demon hunters Lorraine and Ed Warren. This movie marks the first time we’ve seen the two reprise their roles in the franchise since a brief appearance in Annabelle Comes Home.
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was produced by James Wan and Peter Safran, who have collaborated on every film in The Conjuring Universe thus far. Apart from Farmiga and Wilson, the movie also stars Sarah Catherine Hook, Julian Hilliard, and Ruairi O’Connor.
The latest film in the franchise follows one of the Warren’s most sensational cases when a young boy claims demonic possession as a defense, marking the first time in U.S. history that has happened.
When does The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It release on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD?
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It releases for digital ownership on July 23, 2021 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on August 24, 2021. On July 23, the film will be available for ownership for $24.99 and for a 48-hour rental via PVOD for $19.99 on participating digital platforms.
On August 24, the film releases on 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD, while continuing to be available to own in high definition and standard definition from participating digital retailers. The film is also available on Movies Anywhere.
The 4K UHD combo pack and Blu-ray will contain the following special features:

- The Occultist – Meet the terrifying new addition to The Conjuring Universe
- Exorcism of Fear – Delve into the making of the movie and the chilling exorcism scene that opens the film”
- DC Horror Presents The Conjuring: The Lover #1 – A video comic that takes you deeper into The Conjuring Universe
If you get the DVD version, it only comes with one special feature, which is the “By Reason of Demonic Possession” featurette.
