20. It’s incredibly faithful to the source material
Developer Gun Media is doing a damn good job adapting the Friday the 13th films. They’ve gone to great lengths to be as faithful as possible to the movie series. The result is players having the ability to jump into the game and actually feel like you’re in the movies.
This is a video game. But at times it may feel more like an interactive Friday the 13th film. That’s why streaming gameplay videos alone are going to be a hit. For some people it’s like watching an unseen film in the franchise. Controlling that story yourself makes you, the player, actually feel like you’re the star of the flick. Will you make it to the end?
