MTV releases Scream TV series cast and character list

One of the most successful and well liked horror series of all-time is the Scream franchise, which has spawned four film and soon will be spawning a television series on MTV that will introduce the films and the story to a whole new generation of viewers.

The official cast and character listings were released as we have been given our best look yet at who the next crew of Scream stars will be. According to MTV, here’s a look at what the cast and characters will look like for the Scream television series:

Best friends with Audrey.Carlson Young as BROOKE MADDOX: Charismatic leader of the popular crew whose personality vacillates between bubbly sweetness and ferocious sex appeal.Amadeus Serafini as KIERAN WILCOX: The mysterious new kid in town, Kieran’s got a dark side and a tough exterior that hints at experience beyond his year"

There’s hope that the series can be worked out in a way that isn’t off putting to fans of the franchise, but the ball ia in MTV’s court, which has faithful fans worried we’re going to get more Teen Mom than Ghostface in this new series.
