‘Army Of Darkness’ To Arrive In Stunning 3-Disk Edition
By Joey Click
Holy Boomsticks Batman! The great genre-loving folks over at Scream Factory have just announce the special features for their upcoming 3-disk edition of Sam Raimi’s Cult-Classic Army of Darkness. The outing from the genre label is a jam-packed treat four U.S. horror fans and a must own for any chainsaw-loving Deadite.
The film directed by Sam Raimi and starring genre-vet Bruce Campbell from 1993, my TBT review of the film can be found here if you are so graciously inclined to check it out, follows the further adventures of Ash after he is sucked into a time portal at the end of Evil Dead II: Dead By Dawn. Once in a time not his own, Ash must fight an army of the undead to get back to his own time. Even for Ash, this is harder than it sounds.

Deadites, I’m over the moon for this release. I’m a massive fan of Raimi’s Evil Dead trilogy, soon to be expanded into Ash Vs Evil Dead series by Starz Entertainment, and I love Scream Factory’s handling of our genre’s most treasured tales. The company has released some of the most regarded films we have in the horror genre and each release is beautiful in its design and added content. In fact, I just got their release of the late Wes Craven’s Shocker today. Simply put, Scream Factory never disappoints.
Reserve your copy here today, getting the film straight from Scream Factory will net you a commemorative poster. Look for the disk October 28th and check out the features below.
