Five Stephen King Adaptations That Need a Remake

I could always wax philosophical and act all pretentious, saying that remakes are worse than the originals. A substantial amount of people wouldn’t argue with that. However, there are several cases where the original is worse than the remake.

However, a remake could add a certain  je ne sais quoi to the story much like Metallica did to Bob Seger’s “Turn the Page.” When it comes to Stephen King films, there isn’t much else that could be added that would improve an already spectacular story (The Mist is a glaring exception). Still, here are some King adaptations that could use a revamping.
