2. See No Evil

There was a lot of hype going into 2006’s See No Evil.  Produce by their own film studio, WWE had been heavily promoting May 19th of that year as the premiere date for the movie.  The R-rated horror film starred WWE superstar Kane, who was even incorporating the date into his television storylines.  The marketing strategy worked to an extent, as I actually saw the film on its opening day, due to being a big wrestling fan at the time.

While I like Kane, the film turned out to be an utter bore.  The whole thing seemed sloppily made, with many problems with both the writing and the acting.  I didn’t get the logic in releasing a sequel several years later in 2014, but it was surprisingly a much better movie than this one, at least in comparison.
