2. Daniel burns the entire estate down based on his dead wife’s advice.
It’s never a good sign when one starts hearing voices. Although, in this case, maybe it actually was. That depends on if you consider it a good thing that Daniel ended up burning down Celia’s estate. Honestly, I don’t even know anymore what the right choices are.
It was apparent, however, that Daniel was ready to go. With his visions of his wife only intensifying, especially after he had been tied up in seclusion, it seemed there was nothing left for the Salazar patriarch but to be reunited with the woman he loved.
Putting an end to Celia’s personal zombie collection, Daniel poured gasoline all over the cellar. Fully believing he was doing the right thing and totally unafraid of death, Daniel had a calm smile on his face as he ignited the gas. The flames would completely surround him as they engulfed the room, but Daniel would clearly see his wife right in front of him before he’d take his last breath.
The fire would spread to the alcohol and cause a chain reaction of explosions, which leveled the entire compound. Every building was torched, and there was nothing left to do but leave.
But Travis and Chris won’t be the only ones left behind…
