15. You can unlock customization options for counselors
We were just talking about how no two matches will play exactly the same in this game. Well, we wouldn’t want them to look exactly the same either. If multiple people choose the same counselor, it will start to look like twins and triplets are coming to summer camp. But Friday the 13th: The Game does indeed have something to remedy that.
As you progress, you can also unlock customization options for counselors. This includes new clothing and accessories. That will give you a chance to customize your playable character however you want. So if you like playing as a particular character, and you grow weary of their outfit, you need not worry. All it takes is unlocking some new threads and you can update your favorite counselor’s look, no problem.
It’s not yet known what all each counselor can unlock. You’ll potentially have a variety of different clothing options to change your appearance before each game. If nothing else, it can help make your playthrough more personable. And you can personally test the theory as to whether Jason could see you better if you wear lighter clothing. But I guess all clothing bloodies up the same in the end.
