Last, but certainly not least as this is probably the most important aspect – Victor Crowley is for Green’s fans. Before everyone found out we were seeing the new film, Green opened up about his past and his struggles with depression after the loss of a dear friend.
He never thought he’d make another Hatchet film, nor think he’d be around to celebrate its release. He was able to crawl his way out of a very dark place, with the help of friends and family, to make a film he knew his fans would love, in secret. If that isn’t a testament to dedication and survival, I don’t know what is.
There are so many reasons why you should see Victor Crowley as the above is just a small look into what makes the film great. As of right now, there’s no official release date, but rumors are circulating it could be out before the end of the year.
In the meantime, Adam Green plans on taking the film on a US road tour throughout October and November, so make sure to visit his official site to stay up-to-date with all the tour information. We’ll also be bringing the “Hatchet Army” the full schedule when announced.
