Five Batman villains ready for the horrors of Halloween

Doctor Jonathan Crane was once a professor who studied the effects of fear. Soon after, he would adapt the identity of the Scarecrow to fight Batman with a gas of his own making to induce it.
In recent years, Scarecrow made has become second rate Freddy Krueger in the waking world of the Arkham games universe, his fear toxin now inside the syringes he wears upon his fingers. He’s also one of the villains in Batman Begins.
