Five Batman villains ready for the horrors of Halloween

Edward E. Nigma (get it!?) is another Batman villain whom started out corny. In the Arkham games universe, however, he got a sinister makeover. Sure he became a cheap knock off of Jigsaw, but hey Jigsaw has been dominating the Halloween season for almost a decade. Besides in the above pic he kind of resembles horror veteran Bill Moseley doesn’t he?
