3. Tina (Friday the 13th Part V:  A New Beginning)

Though Tina was a resident of a halfway home for troubled youths, she seemed like such a sweet girl. Sure, she had a habit of hooking up with her boyfriend Eddie in inappropriate places, such as on the lawn of the local hillbillies. But Tina always had a smile on her face, and was certainly the most cheerful person at Pinehurst. Her only “crime” seemed to be that she was madly in love with her boyfriend, Eddie.

As these two lovebirds are wont to do, they sneak off into the woods to go at it again. After they were done, poor Tina was left alone while Eddie went to go wash up. The two had no idea that very soon after, a masked maniac would emerge from the trees, holding a pair of garden shears. Poor Tina, waiting patiently for her lover to come back, opens her eyes just in time to see the blades of the shears coming down into them, killing her instantly.

This death made me feel TERRIBLE the first time I saw it. And, apparently, I’m not alone — comedian and musician Jon LaJoie describes having his own harrowing experience viewing it as a child, something he expertly relays in this absolutely incredible music video.
