9. Bobby Brady from The Brady Bunch served as a production assistant
If you’re entertained by random, behind-the-scenes crossovers between bloody horror movies and old family sitcoms, then this bit of trivia is for you. Back in the ’70s, one of the most popular television programs was a little show called The Brady Bunch. For the whippersnappers reading out there, the show was a family comedy revolving around a man with three sons marrying a woman with three daughters. Along with their wisecracking maid Alice, the lovable family was a force to be reckoned with during that era of primetime television.
The youngest boy on the show, Bobby Brady, was portrayed by child actor Mike Lookinland. Perhaps growing up on TV made Lookinland develop a love for being on set, as he served as a production assistant on this film. Additionally, his wife, Kelly Lookinland, plays the dead waitress Loomis discovers early in the movie.
That there’s also a character in this movie named Brady makes this this fact much more amusing.
