Horror on Netflix: August 2018 additions

facebooktwitterreddit

Netflix has added several new horror movies for their streaming service for the month of August 2018, and we have the full list of new additions here.

Although, to be honest, the list might leave you a bit underwhelmed.

Certainly, there’s no shortage of horror movies to watch on Netflix. However, the lineup when it comes to new additions each month is not always impressive. It seems like there used to be many new horror titles to watch coming to the service every month, while nowadays it seems like there’s slim pickings. If you’re a horror fan on Netflix who’s not subscribed to Shudder, now’s a better time than ever to see what the competition has to offer (spoiler: Shudder is amazing).

In any case, that’s not to say that everything coming to Netflix this month isn’t good. There’s a few Netflix originals this month that are premiering, each of which looks very interesting. Anyway, now that you’re familiar with my impression of the list, you can take a look at all of the new titles coming to Netflix this month for yourself below. The list comes courtesy of Polygon, with synopses provided by imdb.
