One of the best things about Ash vs Evil Dead in addition to the terrific cast, the incredible writing and direction was the music. Every episode had its own theme and the song selection was always eclectic.

You could run the gamut from classic rock to funk to electronic dance music in one show. Let’s face it, when you are carving up Deadites, you need to throw a little AC/DC or Motorhead on the soundtrack!

Feeling nostalgic and to celebrate the release of the series on DVD and Blu-ray yesterday, I decided to compile a list of favorite tunes from the show for fun. I will warn you, many different styles are featured and each song choice conjures up memorable moments.
