Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, spoke with Entertainment Tonight about her feelings on reprising Lindsey Wallace in Halloween Kills.

This year has been an exceptional one for the Halloween franchise. Michael Meyers returned after a long absence to terrorize the big screen once again in last year’s direct sequel to the original film. It was recently announced Blumhouse would produce at least two more movies in the new timeline titled Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends.

Jamie Lee Curtis is set to reprise her iconic role of Laurie Strode in both films. John Carpenter will also be returning. Danny McBride will write the movies and David Gordon Green is going to direct once again! Given Halloween (2018) was a rousing success with fans and critics, it’s a good idea for Blumhouse to keep the same team together.

In more exciting news, we’ll see even more familiar faces from the original film return. Anthony Michael Hall and Kyle Richards will return to play Tommy Doyle and Lindsey Wallace. If you need a reminder, they played the two children who wind up in Laurie’s care.

Lindsey was originally being babysat by Annie Brackett. When Annie leaves to pick up her boyfriend, she drops Lindsey off with Laurie, who was already babysitting Tommy.

Laurie plays a key role in saving both their lives. Richards also reprised Lindsey for a brief scene in Halloween II but the character was played by Jenny Gregg Stewart in Rob Zombie’s remake.

Richards is perhaps best known these days for being one of the housewives on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She spoke with Entertainment Tonight during New York Fashion Week about her feelings on returning to the franchise claiming she is a little nervous but mostly excited!

“They reached out to me and they said they wanted to meet with me, I read the script and they said we want to bring your character back, and I was like, ‘I’m there.'”

Richards has been acting since she was only five years old and is happy to get another opportunity to rejoin the Halloween franchise.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return in January of 2020.
