It’s an exciting time right now with 2019 coming to a close. Another decade is almost over and that means a new one is about to begin. Horror might be taking a backseat at the moment due to the holidays but prepare for things to get back into action starting in January!

Dracula (Netflix Original)
- Release Date: January 4
Dracula is an upcoming television series created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss based on the classic novel by Bram Stoker. It’s composed of three episodes that will debut on BBC on January 1 and then premiere altogether on Netflix on January 4.

Ares: Season 1 (Netflix Original) – Jan 17
- Release Date: January 17
Ares will be the first Dutch Netflix Original Series. It’s a psychological horror show that follows a group of teenagers in Amsterdam who belong to a secret society.
They mistakenly discover demonic energy and dark secrets about their country’s past.
Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector
- Release Date: The series will premiere on January 10 and then stream on Hulu the next day
If you’re familiar with The Bone Collector book, then you know the general idea for the television series. The book was also adapted into a popular movie starring Angelina Jolie and Denzel Washington.
The new series will follow a new police officer who has a knack for criminal profiling. Young Amelia Sachs will become a partner to Lincoln Rhyme as they try and hunt down a deadly serial killer.
