Evil Season 1, Episode 11: 4 Key Moments
Evil’s “Room 320” will have viewers wondering what’s real and what’s not. We share four key moments from this week’s episode!
Evil has finally returned from its winter hiatus with “Room 320.” After his attack in the previous episode, David is practically tied to his hospital bed, unable to fight the evil presence looming around his room. Will he manage to make his way out of dangerous territory? Keep reading for some key moments from this week’s episode!
Judy, the old Kristen?
After arriving at the hospital, Kristen and Ben learn that David kept saying “Ghana” after his attack. Ben informs the psychologist that Ghana was a previous case that they worked on with a different psychologist named Judy.
In order to learn more about what’s going on, Kristen and Ben visit Judy. It seems that Judy may have some unresolved feelings for David, as she tells Kristen that she’s “his type” and that she wants to help with the case because it’s “for David.”
This newly formed group heads off to Ghana’s old roommate, Chris’ home. We discover that Chris is now a successful video game developer. But before the success, Ghana stole his game and created something you might remember titled, Haunted Girl.
Watch out for Nurse Plague
One of the most intriguing parts of “Room 320” is the introduction to Nurse Plague. David is sharing his hospital room with another black male named Harlan. One night, Harlan is shouting and when David tries to call the nurse, the distressed man tells him to stop. He then explains that the nurse on duty is Nurse Plague; a nurse who basically kills black patients and collects their wristbands as trophies.

Following this story, we get to witness Nurse Plague in action. She introduces herself to David as Nurse Bloch and then asks for his pain level. When responding that it’s at nine, Nurse Bloch completely disregards this and writes a two on the pain level chart.
Throughout the episode, we watch as Nurse Bloch continues to administer drugs to David; making him incapable of speaking when he’s visited by Kristen, Ben, Bishop Thomas Marx, Mira and Judy. If Nurse Bloch’s control of David’s drug intake doesn’t freak you out, then the terrifying creatures that David keeps seeing should.
David keeps having nightmares and hallucinations; at one point, he even watches Harlan get murder, and yet the next day, his roommate is completely fine. David also keeps seeing a woman who insists that he should try to remember Matthew 13, Verse 25. At points in this episode, it’s hard to distinguish between what’s real and what’s just in David’s head.
Kristen comes to the rescue
David finally manages to contact Kristen, and before getting more than a simple “help” out, Nurse Bloch discovers him and takes his cellphone away. Thankfully, Kristen decides to go to the hospital to check on David. As much as Nurse Bloch attempts to stop Kristen from seeing him, Kristen still manages to do so and pretends to take a note from the clearly drugged-up David.
Nurse Bloch follows Kristen out, and when Kristen asks if she needs anything, Nurse Bloch asks to see what David wrote her. Kristen shows her the note with scribbles, and responds with, “David didn’t tell me anything. You following me told me everything.”
Kristen brings David’s regular doctor to the hospital to discover Nurse Bloch has disappeared, and her locker holds a collection of patient’s wristbands, including Harlan’s. In the end, David is still confined to his bed, and the episode ends with him handing Kristen the bible page that holds the Matthew verse on it.
Rose 390 makes her return
Remember Rose 390 from the AR-game The Nightmare Girl? Turns out that’s the avatar for no other than Ghana. In order to meet up with Ghana in-game, Ben poses as a young girl and creates an avatar named Heather. He then manages to convince Ghana to share his space with him. This leads to pinpointing his location and finding him along with the knife used to attack David.
