Tell Me a Story: Exclusive clip teases a confrontation between Olivia and Maddie
Tell Me a Story’s penultimate episode will be airing on CBS All Access this Thursday, and we have an exclusive clip to share!
We’re nearing the finale of Tell Me a Story’s second season, and things are getting intense for our cast of characters. With a plot riddled in secrets and a nice body count thus far, we can’t wait to see where the conclusion will take us!
Last week’s episode has Maddie and Olivia coming face-to-face; once as Olivia disguised as a woman searching for legal help in her upcoming divorce, and later, as Olivia at Tucker’s home. If this exclusive clip tells us anything, it’s that things are going to get violent for the three players involved.
In the clip, Olivia gives Maddie the play-by-play on her abduction, complete with the sedative-filled syringe. Maddie appears to be uncomfortable in Olivia’s presence, and rightfully so. However, it’s not clear as to if Maddie believes Olivia’s story, because before she has a chance to say anything other than, “why are you doing this?” her attention is stolen by a sound coming from the basement.

By the end of the clip, it seems like a kitchen knife-wielding Maddie has control of the situation, as she tells Olivia to take her to Tucker. However, with what we’ve learned about Olivia from previous episodes, I don’t believe that will be the case for long.
There are a lot of ways that this Sleeping Beauty tale can end, and I’m excited to see the direction that Tell Me a Story will take in this modern-retelling. Will Olivia remain on top or will Tucker survive and return to his previous lifestyle? Is Maddie going to survive or is she going to pay the price for Tucker’s misdeeds? I’m counting on at least one death to come out of this fairytale.
With the penultimate episode coming this week, we’re bound to get answers for these questions, alongside even more questions that will be tied up in the finale! Until then, make sure to check out this exclusive clip from Tell Me a Story’s “Favorite Son!”
