Shadow proves attachments can be deadly on Crypt TV
Shadow proves attachments can be deadly when a man returns from the other side with an uninvited guest.
Shadow, a short film by director Benjamin Howdeshell, premieres today on Crypt TV. If you have ever wondered what happens after we die, you are about to find out.
When a man has a near death experience, life changes for him when he is revived but not necessarily for the better. After flatlining for three and a half minutes, it is amazing that he is able to survive.
However, what should be a happy occasion after he is reunited with his family turns out to be terrifying when he discovers that he hasn’t returned to this plain of existence alone. He has developed an attachment which just happens to be his ghost.
Now, this Shadow entity is out to destroy his living counterpart’s world. If it means harming his loved ones then that is what it is going to do. Will he find out the origin of the Shadow and why its intentions are malicious or will he suffer the consequences of the spirit’s wrath?
The film stars Valeska Miller, Nathaniel Howdeshell and Ryan Scott Greene based on a script written by Mike Doyle and Shawn Wallace. This production is a proof of concept which the filmmakers are using to garner interest for a full-length feature.
According to the press release, there will be a live chat for the audience at 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET to talk about the short before and while it is playing on Crypt TV’s YouTube channel which can be found at this link.
