Ghost Adventures investigates the infamous Joe Exotic Zoo to find out if there is any truth to the rumor of murdered bodies buried underground…

Ghost Adventures is willing to go where no one has gone before. Over the summer, Zak Bagans and his crew opened a Dybbuk box.

Now, Zak, Aaron, Billy and Jay are going to investigate the infamous Joe Exotic Zoo. Beyond the Tiger King saga, there is something dark, maybe even sinister haunting the land. In addition to seeing shadow figures, apparently, the spirit of Joe’s husband, Travis Maldonado roams the grounds.

Maldonado died tragically when he accidentally shot himself in the head while performing a gun trick. Allegedly, his specter has appeared several times around the zoo. When the Ghost Adventures team set up equipment in Joe’s old cabin, supposedly they obtained evidence that proves that the young man is still around.

In addition to the shadow figures, it has also been said that unexplained light phenomena plague the park along with apparitions as well. Perhaps the creepiest story of all has to do with the fact that a murder or murders may have taken place at the Zoo.

Jeff and Lauren Lowe who purchased and operated the business from the Tiger King are the chief proponents of this allegation. Following up on their claim, Bagans and the Ghost Adventures team hired cadaver dogs to explore the site.

The dogs got a “hit” on human remains and the police shut down the investigation. However, that didn’t deter Bagans and company.

Zak had the cadaver dogs return for round two while he and the crew captured three distinct EVPs. Will they solve the mystery? Are people buried at Joe Exotic Zoo? Why were they killed?
