How to watch Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4 tonight

A brand new episode of Cruel Summer airs tonight on Freeform. You can watch Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4, “You Don’t Hunt, You Don’t Eat” at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on the network after a showing of The Parent Trap.
In the previous episode, Jeanette returned to the scene of the crime in Martin Harris’s house in 1995. Vince followed her there to see what on earth she could possibly be thinking and Jeanette reveals her theory that somehow she released something evil into the world when she ventured down there in 1993 on their first trip into the now-infamous home.
Other important moments from last week’s episode included a volatile confrontation between Kate and Jeanette on the street when they both happened to arrive at the same stoplight and Kate couldn’t resist screaming at Jeanette over the new lawsuit.
Plus, we also find out that Vince and Ben started a secret relationship but by 1995 they’re no longer on good terms. We don’t know exactly what happened between them but it’s heavily implied that Jeanette had something to do with the dissolution of their romance.
What’s happening in Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4?
Freeform was kind enough to release a trailer and some clips showing sneak peeks of tonight’s new episode! For starters, it looks like the show will continue to alternate between episodes focusing on Kate and Jeanette’s perspective with tonight’s episode switching back to Kate after last week’s installment was about Jeanette.
One thing I’ve started to wonder is if those mirrors in Martin’s basement were two-way mirrors? Perhaps Kate saw Jeanette and it looked like Jeanette saw her, but in reality, Jeanette wouldn’t have been able to because of how the mirror works. I’ve seen a lot of people on social media hop onto this theory too, so we’ll see if it pans out!
In “You Don’t Hunt, You Don’t Eat,” Kate will start preparing her defense for the new lawsuit filed by Jeanette’s family.
Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4 sneak peek: Kate Prepares
The first sneak peek shows Kate sitting down her lawyers, flanked by her parents on either side. It’s in 1995, so Kate is looking quite intimidating. She acknowledges that Jeanette is smart for taking months to prepare, but Kate is confident that she’s “smarter” and she doesn’t “go hunting without arming up first,” so she wants her lawyers to tell her exactly how to prepare.
Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4 sneak peek: Camping Trip
The second sneak peek from Cruel Summer Season 1, Episode 4 shows a rare bright moment from Kate’s life, seemingly from 1993. It’s a fun camping trip featuring Kate, Jamie and all of their friends (including Jeanette’s brother, Derek).
