Spiral: From the Book of Saw: New images promise blood and guts galore

We’re less than a week away from the official release of the highly-anticipated Chris Rock-produced Saw film, officially titled Spiral: From the Book of Saw, but Lionsgate is still releasing new content on an almost daily basis.
I recently compiled everything I could find on the movie from teasers to trailers to posters to photos, but only a few days after sharing that, the film studio has released even more images from the new movie!
The new pictures all but confirm that poor Detective Boz (Daniel Petronijevic) will be the first official victim slain by the copycat Jigsaw killer running around. If you scroll down, you can check out the latest images released by Lionsgate, which include someone wearing the infamous pig mask in all of their glory as they sneak up behind Boz.
Boz is lured down into the subway train station while chasing a thief, and then it looks like someone is waiting there for him. From there, I’m assuming Boz will be placed in some kind of trap related to the subway train.
Photos hint at Detective Bos’s death in Spiral: From the Book of Saw
The second photo in the bunch shows Marcus investigating what could the gory subway station death where Boz probably dies. In one of the teaser trailers, Marcus approaches a figure on a chair that looks like Boz’s body propped up, so I’m guessing that’s what that still is from and the killer is having fun toying with the group.
Additional photos show Detective Zeke (Chris Rock) and his partner William (Max Minghella) after they’re called in to investigate the carnage. There is a delightfully disgusting close-up of, what I assume, used to be Bos in the group.
Spiral might come bearing a different name, but it’s still a Saw movie at its core, so gore fans can anticipate getting all the blood and guts their little heart’s desire. And while none of the new images have teased the details of the traps (apart from some glimpses in the trailers), we can rest assured there are going to be far more grisly additions to the Saw lexicon.
