The official Stranger Things writers Twitter is being sneaky again and that might mean that we’re finally getting the long-awaited trailer for Stranger Things Season 4 soon!

Earlier today, the Twitter account asked fans if they were “ready” for something to come and then they tweeted out an ominous 1:50 video from the Hawkins National Laboratory (HNL) control room. The video shows a network of monitors that appear broken, covered with white noise and potentially reflected against each other with mirrors.

The entire time the video plays, there is an opera song playing in the background which Shazam tells me is “Quand le Bien-Aime Reviendra” by Patrice Michaels Bedi.

Does the video hint that the Stranger Things Season 4 trailer is releasing tomorrow?

Then if you go to the official YouTube page where the video is hosted, the caption says:

"Due to technical difficulties, Hawkins National Laboratory will be closed until further notice. We will be back in service tomorrow at 9:00AM ET."

Many fans instantly clung to that message and took it as a hint that we’ll be getting the Stranger Things Season 4 trailer tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. EST! It’s possible, especially as it’s been so long since we’ve had any real hints of when a new season is finally coming.

The fourth season was slowed down due to the pandemic and filming had to stop for a while, but by now we should be getting some news about when to expect the next installment.

What other Stranger Things Season 4 clues are in the video?

Additional images in the video hint at potential clues for the new season. Every so often, a new image appears on one of the monitor screens, some show a bloodied Magic 8-Ball, which could be a reference to Kali, while others show a chessboard and a strange rainbow room.

Some people have theorized that these could be hints at a new test subject room.

I guess we’ll have to make sure to check at 9 a.m. tomorrow to see what’s coming next!
