Megan Fox is officially returning to horror sooner than you might expect! Thanks to a new article from Collider, we know that her upcoming film Till Death has officially wrapped production and they’ve shared some awesome new photos from the horror film, which is scheduled to release later this year.

Fox starred in the cult hit and campy fun film Jennifer’s Body, which was seriously underrated when it first released so many years ago but has undergone a reexamination in recent years. She hasn’t really starred in any significant genre films since the Diablo Cody movie.

In this new psychological thriller, Fox will play a character named Emma, “who is left handcuffed to her dead husband as part of a sickening revenge plot and must survive two hired killers on their way to finish the job.”

It definitely sounds a little bit like Stephen King’s novel and film adaptation Gerald’s Game, which makes me even more excited to see the movie! If you head over to Collider, you can see some of the first-look images for the movie, which is directed by S.K. Dale in his directorial debut. He previously won an award for his short film, The Coatmaker.

The photos show Fox covered in blood and trying to tug her dead husband around by the wrist as she’s tethered to him via handcuffs.

When does Megan Fox’s new horror movie Till Death release in theaters?

According to Deadline, Screen Media has picked up the rights to Millennium Media’s upcoming thriller Till Death and they’re planning to release the movie later this summer for a theatrical run and on demand.

In a statement from Screen Media, they’ve said, “Megan’s gritty performance will leave you on the edge of your seat right up until the very end.”

This film is actually the third collaboration between Screen Media and Millennium after previous films The Outpost and Blackbird.
