Yesterday, Sony unveiled the second official trailer for the upcoming and highly-anticipated Ghostbusters: Afterlife. It revealed that several fan theories regarding the movie and its characters are true and lots more!

For starters, Carrie Coon’s character Callie is now confirmed to be Egon Spengler’s daughter. The story starts with Callie and her two children, Phoebe (Mckenna Grace) and Trevor (Finn Wolfhard) moving into an abandoned farmhouse in the middle of nowhere left to them by Egon.

The trailer also contained several references to the original movie including some animated Stay Puft marshmallow men and a terror dog. The ending of the trailer also appeared to tease the return of Ray Stantz as it sounded like Dan Aykroyd answering the phone.
