American Horror Story Season 10 is still more than a month away, but FX just released a new promo for the upcoming season which is titled “Double Feature”. As usual, the theme and monstrosities of the new season have mostly been kept under wraps with just a few secrets and casting details released thus far.
Don’t expect to get concrete answers out of the promo either, as is tradition with American Horror Story, the promo is more about setting the vibe and sharing some exciting visuals (often more exciting than what we see from the actual series) before the show airs.
The trailer begins with the camera panning across a beach at sunset. The beach will play a pivotal role in this new season. Throughout the teaser, we see numerous strange, eerie visuals of aliens dissecting people, sirens looking freaky, and other stirring images.
It’s hard to make out what the new story will be about based on just the teaser but it’s enough to get fans excited for what’s to come! It sounds like an alien and siren might get freaky at some point which would be totally par for the course on this show.
American Horror Story Season 10: Double Feature will feature two different stories
One of the big gimmicks of this season is that it will tell two stories. The first half of the season is called Part 1: Red Tide while the second part is Part 2: Death Valley.
Beyond that, we also know that this season will star many new and returning actors to the franchise like Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Angelica Ross, Lily Rabe, Finn Wittrock, and Evan Peters. Newcomers include Neal McDonough and Macaulay Culkin.
