Food Network unveils the 2021 Halloween schedule featuring Zak Bagans and more

Halloween 2021 is right around the corner! The Food Network Halloween 2021 schedule looks fantastic. 1428 Elm has learned what the network has planned, which includes new series, specials, and returning fan favorites.

World-renowned paranormal investigator Zak Bagans is joining the upcoming season of Halloween Wars in a special guest role! Plus Outrageous Pumpkins and Halloween Baking Championship will also be back this fall in addition to Food Network Halloween Specials like Kids Baking Championship: Oh My Gourd!, Road to Halloween Wars, and Worst Cooks in America: Halloween Redemption 2.

Food Network Halloween 2021 schedule details

Halloween Baking Championship

Per the official press release, comedian John Henson will host Halloween Baking Championship, which will pay tribute to 1980s classic slasher movies! The competition will kick off with Henson inviting bakers to Camp Devil’s Food Lake with only their baking skills to survive. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young determine whose devilishly delicious desserts earn $25,000 and the title of Halloween Baking Champion! The new season will start on September 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Halloween Wars

Ghost Adventures star Zak Bagans stops by to lend inspiration as he challenges the teams to create intricate cakes inspired by dangerous artifacts from his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas. The panel of judges features award-winning cake decorator Shinmin Li, and chefs and cookbook authors Aarti Sequeira and Eddie Jackson.

Before the season starts, you can see how each competitor was chosen with a special Road to Halloween Wars on Sunday, September 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Worst Cooks in America: Halloween Redemption

Food Network Halloween continues with another redemption special as four disastrous Worst Cooks return to take another stab at it on Sunday, September 26 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Outrageous Pumpkins

The new series that sees seven talented pumpkin carvers go head-to-head in an insane outdoor pumpkin-carving competition returns for a second season this year to try and impress judges Terri Hardin and Marc Evan. Alyson Hannigan returns to host. The new season returns on Sunday, October 3 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Then there are also a few specials such as the Kids Baking Championship: Oh My Gourd!, where four fan-favorite kid bakers compete by facing the pumpkin patch and creating 3D pumpkin patch pinata cakes. The special airs Monday, October 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Additional shows will feature Halloween-themed episodes like The Big Bake, as well as special themed episodes of Delicious Miss BrownGuy’s Ranch KitchenGirl Meets FarmThe KitchenThe Pioneer Woman and Trisha’s Southern Kitchen in Food Network’s weekend daytime lineup.
