Per the official press release, comedian John Henson will host Halloween Baking Championship, which will pay tribute to 1980s classic slasher movies! The competition will kick off with Henson inviting bakers to Camp Devil’s Food Lake with only their baking skills to survive. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young determine whose devilishly delicious desserts earn $25,000 and the title of Halloween Baking Champion! The new season will start on September 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
Ghost Adventures star Zak Bagans stops by to lend inspiration as he challenges the teams to create intricate cakes inspired by dangerous artifacts from his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas. The panel of judges features award-winning cake decorator Shinmin Li, and chefs and cookbook authors Aarti Sequeira and Eddie Jackson.
