23. Delphine LaLaurie American Horror Story: Coven

Honestly, Delphine LaLaurie should probably be higher on this list, but even though she is horrible and based on a real-life character (as are a number of the villains on this list and in the American Horror Story series), she doesn’t actually show up enough in her own season to be higher on this list.

The thing about Delphine LaLaurie is that she was a horrible person in real life, and American Horror Story played up that evil. The real Delphine was a serial killer who tortured and murdered the slaves in her home. And on Coven, she did the exact same thing. She would collect slaves and then torture and experiment on them.

In the season, she was also an immortal, but she had that stripped away and she was forced to suffer for her crimes. But just because Delphine paid for what she did in the season, doesn’t negate the fact that she used the pancreas of her slaves to create a cream to keep her looking younger and more beautiful (she wasn’t though).

She was a horrible person in real life and she was a horrible person on American Horror Story. She was evil and while she might have been a great villain of the series, she didn’t play a big enough role to make it higher on this ranking.
