What is Leslie Jordan’s best American Horror Story role?

When it comes to minor American Horror Story characters, there have been quite a few, but when it comes to Leslie Jordan, even a minor character can have a major impact. And while he made his first appearance in one of the most popular seasons in the series history, Coven, his best performance might just be in1984 as Courtney.

Courtney is the assistant to the series’ villain Margaret. And while we really do not know their history and how they started working together, it is clear that they do have a history. However, it is not their history that makes Courtney fascinating.

In a season that really seemed to have a lot of murder and mayhem, Courtney was a bit of comic relief. We got to see Leslie Jordan in a whole new light thanks to his 80s/early 90s vibes and fashion. And while he had his serious moments, when it comes to Jordan we know that we are going to laugh.

Courtney was a brilliant touch of humor and a perfect foil for Margaret and her villainy. She was evil and determined and was definitely the cause of his death, so it just made sense that even he would be ready to exact some revenge.

Leslie Jordan can be a revelation, and as Courtney he was.
