American Horror Story: Double Feature Episode 6 premieres next week and also marks the finale for the first part of the season. Tonight’s episode, American Horror Story Season 10, Episode 5, “Gaslight,” was the penultimate episode of the first story, “Red Tide.” So what is American Horror Story: Double Feature about? And when does it premiere?
This season of American Horror Story has been unique because the story is split into two different segments. The first part, “Red Tide,” is what we’ve been watching for five episodes now as the characters inhabiting Provincetown battle an addiction to the black pill that can change their lives for better or for worse, but also comes with a nasty vampiric side effect.
The details surrounding the second half of the season, officially titled “Death Valley,” are still mostly mysterious, although we know that it’s supposed to involve aliens. We’re very close to the next half of the story since next week’s episode is the soft finale of the season.

In the final episode of “Red Tide,” Ursula (Leslie Grossman) will form a sinister plan to achieve what she wants most of all: control over the production of the black pill so she can open a boutique agency and get the most talented entertainers around. Meanwhile, the Gardner family members including Harry (Finn Wittrock), Alma (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), and Doris (Lily Rabe), will pen their final act.

Season 10, Episode 6, “Winter Kills,” will officially premiere on September 22, 2021, at 10:00 p.m. EST on FX. The episode has a regular hour-long runtime.
