Evil‘s sophomore season has delivered a mixture of standalone episodes and episodes that move the central mystery forward. We finally got some more answers about the RSM Fertility Clinic in the most recent episode, which was introduced to us at the end of the first season.

In the most recent episode of Evil, Kristen discovered a disturbing secret at the RSM Fertility Clinic. A doctor working for Leland has been paying to store her eggs for the past six years. But even worse is that one of her eggs is missing. What nefarious purposes is the clinic planning to do with her egg? Elsewhere we found out that Lexus has now grown a tail, and Ben’s girlfriend Vanessa might be possessed by her dead sister’s ghost. Yeah, there is a lot to keep tabs on in this show.

Evil Season 2, Episode 11 synopsis

Since we’re getting down to the wire with only three episodes of Evil Season 2 left, the writers are being as vague as possible about what’s left to come from this season.

However, the preview at the tail end of Season 2, Episode 10 showed that we’ll see Leland getting his final exorcism, Kristen revisiting some of the weird visions and hallucinations she’s had this season, and it looks like Sheryl is giving Leland a blood bath or something? Needless to say, things are getting substantially worse for everyone as we inch toward the finale.

The next episode of Evil will premiere on September 26, 2021. Like the other episodes of the show, Evil Season 2, Episode 11 will premiere at 3:00 a.m. EST that day.
