SYFY 31 Days of Halloween 2021 schedule includes Chucky, Slumber Party Massacre, and more

It’s the spookiest (and best) time of year for fans of frightening characters, horror, zombies, and things that go bump in the night. To celebrate the Halloween 2021 season, SYFY has unveiled an epic list of October programming as part of SYFY’s seasonal celebration, which will include the world premiere of Slumber Party Massacre and the premieres of Chucky and Day of the Dead.

The SYFY 31 days of Halloween 2021 celebration kicks off on Friday, October 1, with a Leprechaun movie marathon followed by a Laugh Til It Hurts marathon on Saturday, October 2 featuring The Mask, Tyler Perry’s Boo 2! and more.

On Monday, October 4, you can watch an all-day Saw movie marathon followed by an Aliens Among Us marathon on Tuesday, October 5, featuring Men in Black, Prometheus and more. In honor of SYFY’s new Chucky seriestwo all-day Child’s Play marathons are planned for October. The first takes place on Saturday, October 9 and the second on October 25 as in honor of National Chucky Day.

Fans of Friday the 13th will want to tune in to SYFY on Wednesday, October 13, for a Wednesday the 13th marathon, while A Nightmare of Elm Street fans will be treated to two movie marathons on Thursday, October 14 and Saturday, October 30.

SYFY Originals

The biggest draws of SYFY’s epic 2021 Halloween lineup are the new original series and films. Kicking off the celebration on October 12 at 10 p.m. ET is the highly anticipated premiere of Chucky. The second episode debuts on October 19, and the third episode follows up on October 26.

Inspired by George R. Romero’s zombie universe, Day of the Dead is a new terrifying television show following a group of strangers trying to survive the first 24 hours of a zombie invasion. The first episode premieres Friday, October 15 at 10 p.m. ET, with the second and third episodes following on October 22 and October 29, respectively.

Finally, on October 16, the world television premiere of SYFY’s Slumber Party Massacre remake premieres at 9 p.m. ET. Check out the official promo below!
