Shudder revealed today that the upcoming shark attack thriller Great White would be available exclusively on the platform beginning November 11, 2021. Since Great White will be a Shudder exclusive, that means the premier horror streaming platform will become the only place you can stream the movie in the United States or Canada.

If you like shark attack movies like the Open Water series or the more recent 47 Meters Down, this new film should be right up your alley, especially as it comes from the executive producers of 47 Meters Down.

Shudder exclusive Great White synopsis

A blissful tourist trip goes horribly wrong for five seaplane passengers when they become stranded at sea with a pack of hungry sharks circling beneath them. Abandoned miles from shore, the group will have to work together to survive or succumb to the menacing terrors lurking just beneath the surface.

From the executive producers of the 47 Meters Down series comes Great White, the featured directorial debut of Martin Wilson starring Katrina Bowden (Piranha 3DD), Aaron Jakubenko (Tidelands), Kimie Tsukakoshi (Riptide), Tim Kano (Neighbours) and Te Kohe Tuhaka (Love and Monsters). Michael Boughen (Dying Breed) wrote the script.
