This is going to be the worst night of your life. Do you believe in monsters? You might start to after watching the chilling first teaser trailer for the upcoming EPIX series From, a sci-fi horror show slated for an early 2022 debut.

Created and executive produced by John Griffin, the series is executive produced by Jeff Pinkner and Jack Bender, with Pinkner also serving as the showrunner. From features an impressive ensemble cast led by Harold Perrineau and centers on a nightmarish town in the middle of America that traps everyone who enters.

As the unwilling residents fight to keep a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest – including the terrifying creatures that come out when the sun goes down.

For those who do not live in the United States, From will be distributed through Netflix.

EPIX series From release date

From will officially premiere on Sunday, February 20, 2022, so at least we know we’ll have some horror to look forward to in the early months of next year!

As you can see from the teaser, this creepy town isn’t joking around when it comes to kidnapping people and potentially forcing them to face off against terrifying monsters that prowl the town after dark.

Perrineau stars as Boyd Stevens, a sheriff who rules over the town with a Draconian fist to hold the town together. The series also stars Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey, Hannah Cheramy, Simon Webster, Ricky He, Chloe Van Landschoot, Shaun Majumder, Corteon Moore, Pegah Ghafoori, David Alpay, Elizabeth Saunders, Elizabeth Moy and Avery Konrad.
