Netflix reveals Stranger Things season 4 episode titles

Stranger Things Day 2021 continues with two more significant reveals. Netflix has unveiled a title tease for the fourth season that includes a tighter release window and the Stranger Things season 4 episode titles.

Already Netflix has released a new teaser showing how Eleven is getting along in California after relocating there with the Byers family and an excellent map of Hawkins designed by artist Kyle Lambert. They also released more merchandise via the official Netflix shop, including special General Mills x Stranger Things cereals.

But what are the episode titles for the fourth season? How many episodes are there going to be? What time of year can we expect the new season to drop?

Stranger Things season 4 will have 9 episodes

Based on the above title tease, the fourth season will have nine episodes in total. Below you can see the complete list of the episode titles and start coming up with ideas for what these titles could mean.

• Vecna’s Curse
• The Monster and the Superhero
• Dear Billy
• The Nina Project
• The Dive
• The Massacre at Hawkins Lab
• Papa
• The Piggyback

These titles don’t give away much, but some present potential plot details. “Dear Billy” is almost definitely about Max’s step-brother Billy Hargrove, who we were led to believe died at the end of season 3. But perhaps Billy is still alive or trapped somewhere in the Upside Down. Maybe it’s just a flashback episode.

Other episodes that stand out include “The Massacre at Hawkins Lab” and “Papa.” Also, “The Hellfire Club” is the name of the official D&D club at Hawkins High School, which I’m sure relates to the episode’s contents somehow.

Stranger Things season 4 is coming summer 2022

Earlier, we surmised that the next season would release in March or April since it takes place during the spring of 1986. But per the above teaser, it looks like Netflix is holding off a little longer. Stranger Things is currently set to release in summer 2022, maybe in July, when seasons one and three were released.
