Netflix in January 2022: In From the Cold (Season 1)

Coming late January is a new Netflix Original spy thriller series called In From the Cold. The upcoming genre series follows a single mother whose suburban life in New Jersey is upturned when the FBI arrests her and forces her to choose to confront her long-buried past as a highly-trained, bio-engineered Russian agent and become an asset against Russia’s underworld drug trade, or put her family and the new life she has built at risk.

Netflix in January 2022: The Woman In The House Across The Street From The Girl In The Window (Season 1)

A parody of the dozens of psychological thrillers we’ve seen in the past few years including The Woman in the Window and The Girl on the Train, The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (yes that is quite the mouthful) follows a heartbroken Anna (Kristen Bell) who spends her days drinking wine and watching her neighbors. But when a handsome man (Tom Riley) and his daughter (Samsara Yett) move in across the street, Anna starts to think things could improve for her. At least, until she witnesses a murder…or does she?

The new series is a darkly comedic and satirical slant on the psychological thriller that will leave you guessing until the very end. It comes from creators Hugh Davidson, Rachel Ramras and Lary Dorf. Apart from Bell, Riley and Yett, the series also stars Michael Ealy, Mary Holland, Shelley Hennig, Cameron Britton, Christina Anthony and Benjamin Levy Aguilar. Bell executive produces alongside Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum and Brittney Segal for Gloria Sanchez Productions.
