Netflix in January 2022: The House (Season 1)
The House is a new adult animated anthology series and an eccentric dark comedy about a house and three surreal tales of the individuals who made it their home. A beautiful new stop-motion series, The House looks stunning and creepy. The Netflix Original comes from the BAFTA award-winning Nexus Studios with directing duties split between four directors, including Marc James Roels, Emma De Swaef, Paloma Baeza and Niki Lindroth von Bahr.

Netflix in January 2022: Aileen Wuornos: American Boogeywoman (2021)
Another Daniel Farrands-directed project is coming our way in January as Aileen Wuornos: American Boogeywoman hits streaming. Farrands is the same director who brought us Ted Bundy: American Boogeyman, The Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson, The Haunting of Sharon Tate and Amityville: The Awakening, so make of that what you will.
Based on the serial killer of the same name, Aileen Wuornos stars Disney actress Peyton List in the lead role. The film is most biographical, chronicling Aileen’s early life in 1976 while married to a wealthy yacht club president and later inflicting mayhem on Florida’s high society.

Netflix in January 2022: Feria: The Darkest Light (Season 1)
Feria is an exciting new thriller and upcoming Netflix Original that focuses on two sisters who find out their parents were murderers and participated in a cult ritual that ended in their deaths. Eva and Sofia must face the horrific crimes their parents seem to have committed before disappearing. The pair begin their journey in Feria, a small village in the Andalusian mountains in the mid-nineties and where reality hides a fantastic universe.
