Shudder: The Last Drive-In finale and Originals coming in July

Shudder has more great Exclusive and Original films that will be available to stream in July. Shudder Original series The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs will also wrap up its fourth season during the holiday weekend.

The Last Drive-in with Joe Bob Briggs – Friday, July 1 (Season Finale) – Join Joe Bob, Darcy the Mail Girl and the rest of the crew on July 1 for the season finale of their Shudder Original Series. Which two movies will be featured? Only they know, but you can be sure it will be peppered with shenanigans and Joe Bob’s witty commentary. The season finale will be available to watch on Shudder TV beginning at 9:00 pm ET, and on demand starting Sunday, July 3.

July 7:

On The 3RD Day (Shudder Exclusive) – Cecilia and her young son are involved in a car accident, and she ends up stumbling down a desolate road three days later. Her son is nowhere to be found, and her last memory is of the car crash. Desperate to find her child, Cecilia ends up facing off with a religious nut who may be the only one with the answers she is seeking.

July 14:

Good Madam (Shudder Original) – Tsidi is a single mom who lives with her own mother Mavis. Mavis works for her white “Madam”, who appears to be catatonic, and the house seems to be haunted by a malevolent spirit. Good Madam was an Official Selection of the Toronto International Film Festival, and was written by South African director Jenna Cato Bass, Babalwa Baartman and ten members of the cast.

July 21:

Moloch (Shudder Original) – Set at the edge of a peat bog in the Netherlands, Moloch tells the story of Betriek. After she and her family are the victims of a night-time attack, Betriek digs for answers. The answers only bring more questions, as she starts to believe that something ancient and evil is after her.

This is GWAR (Shudder Original) – The iconic heavy metal band, who leans heavily into horror, tells its story after thirty years. This documentary includes footage of frontman Dave Brockie, who died in 2014 of a heroin overdose, and contains interviews with past band members and other eclectic artists such as Bam Margera, Weird Al Yankovic, Alex Winter, Ehan Embry and Thomas Lennon.

July 29:

The Reef: Stalked (Shudder Exclusive) – After Nic and Annie’s sister is murdered, they plan a trip to a Pacific Island with two friends, thinking it will help Nic, who witnessed the murder. As they kayak and dive, their good time is interrupted by a Great White shark, and Nic must face her fears in order to help herself and the others survive. This film is a follow up to 2010’s The Reef, and both were written and directed by Andrew Traucki.
