Spirit Halloween celebrates in July with grand opening of flagship store

Spirit Halloween has unleashed some great new merchandise in the months leading up to Halloween, and now comes some great news about the grand opening celebration of their flagship store.

For its 40th season, Spirit Halloween will host the grand opening of their hometown location in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey on Saturday, July 29.

Here’s more info on what you need to know if you plan to attend the grand opening:

• The flagship store opens for business at 11:00 a.m. EST, and attendees should not arrive any earlier than 7:00 a.m. the day before (Friday, July 28). Since Spirit Halloween takes safety seriously, there will be no overnight parking or camping at Shore Mall prior to the 28th. Police and community officers will be on site to ensure safety for everyone involved.
• Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, fans will be issued numbered lanyards (on a first come, first served basis). Each fan will need their own lanyard, and the number on the lanyard will determine access to the location.
• At 10:30 a.m., numbered groups will be called to line up and gain access to the flagship store based on the location’s total capacity.
• Great news! A special edition Spirit Halloween 40th Anniversary swag bag will be given to the first 200 fans to check in.

Last year, more than 2,000 Spirit Halloween fans visited Egg Harbor Township on grand opening day, and even more attendees are expected to join in on the spooky season celebration this year. Fearfully fun activities will be available, including graveyard bowling, tarot card readings and food and beverage vendors. Kung Fu Tea, Butterfinger and other partners will be helping everyone enjoy Halloween in July.
