4 moments we need to discuss from From season 3 episode 7

Spoilers ahead for From season 3 episode 7
Somehow, we're more than halfway through the third season of From, and things are starting to get dicey. In this week's episode, Tabitha, Ethan, and Jade venture out to the area near the lake so Tabitha can see the wards and boulders firsthand as she tries to explain to Jim why seeing them in her nightmare as a little girl was so important.
Fatima's non-pregnancy stuff gets way more twisted and tensions are rising across town, especially with newcomer Acosta (the cop) and Boyd. Let's discuss some of this episode's most pivotal moments.
Elgin's discovery
The camera mysteriously goes off while Elgin is in Colony House and the photograph leads him to the root cellar on the outskirts of town, the one we've seen Jade and Boyd in before. Inside, Elgin finds a dead body and then sees the kimono-wearing ghost yet again.
He questions if this is what she meant for him to see. If you recall, in season 1, Jade saw a dead body in the same location, though it's unclear if it's the same person or not. At the time, Kenny assumed Jade might have been hallucinating.
Julie and Randall bond
This episode featured several endearing scenes between Julie and Randall, it seems like they have a bit of a little sister/big brother thing going on, with Randall even teaching Julie how to drive after learning she never got her learner's permit.
Their scenes culminate in Randall hallucinating bugs once again, and Julie takes notice. Together, they run into the woods, where they come across a strange area with broken stone arches. Both of them feel something strange standing there and Randall advises they leave ASAP. Could it be related to the music box and everything that happened to them both?
What is Acosta's problem?
I know I can't be the only one who found Acosta incredibly annoying in this episode. Who does this woman think she is? Yes, I understand she's struggling to deal with her new circumstances the same way other new arrivals did, but her behavior toward Boyd was pretty wild given the fact she showed up and immediately killed someone.
Also had to laugh when she whipped out her police badge, as if that means anything when you're living in a literal hellhole. I have a bad feeling that Acosta is going to look to usurp Boyd and the event that happens at the end of this episode might just give her the opportunity to do that.
Fatima kills Tilly
Last week's episode already proved that something is seriously amiss with Fatima beyond just the rotten food and blood-sucking. She's not actually pregnant, but something is happening to her. It only gets worse in this episode even as everyone around her is trying to find a solution. Everything comes to a head in the climactic final moments of the episode where Tilly comes to Fatima's aid and Fatima stabs her with a pair of gardening shears, killing her instantly.
The theories that Fatima might be tranforming into a monster are sounding more and more likely aren't they? In her dying breath, Tilly tells Fatima that she's going to have to run. If anyone finds out what she did, it's going to be bad. So, so bad. And we can probably assume that Ellis and Boyd will try and protect Fatima and cover up Tilly's death, hence giving Acosta a potential way to wiggle in and create a genuine power struggle.
