If you're a horror buff, chances are you're planning a blood-soaked movie marathon with your significant other or a group of friends. First on your watchlist should be Heart Eyes, which is now in theaters and receiving mostly positive reviews from critics. And let's be honest, this movie looks like a bloody good time. The slasher revolves around a group of young adults who decide to throw a Valentine’s Day party in a small Canadian mining town that has a dark and tragic past. Shortly after the party starts, the celebration takes a horrifying turn when a masked killer dressed in mining gear begins brutally murdering the partygoers.

After watching the original film, we strongly recommend watching its 2009 remake, My Bloody Valentine 3D. We'd say it's a pretty solid remake that offers a fresh twist on the original story while ramping up the gore and delivering even more inventive kills.
