Great news for From fans, or the #FROMily, as we're also known, 1428 Elm has learned that MGM+ has officially renewed the hit sci-fi horror series for a fourth season! Considering the show is the network's most-viewed series in the premium network's history, that's not all that surprising, but it sure makes going into the upcoming season 3 finale a lot easier! Now fans can relax and enjoy the season's climactic ending without needlessly fretting about if the show is about to be canceled on a massive cliffhanger.

The best part is that we don't have to wait for a super long time for the next season to be released. According to MGM+, the series is set to go into production on season 4 in Nova Scotia next year, and then it will return in 2026 with 10 new episodes!

Even though we will have to wait over a year for season 4, it's nice to know the series will start filming season 5 soon, so we'll likely get some teasers and hints throughout the year to help keep those theories cooking.

In addition to the press release, MGM+ made the official renewal announcement via Instagram with a fun and fitting video featuring star Harold Perrineau (who plays Boyd) stumbling upon his very own bottle tree. The message inside contains the renewal announcement. Check it out below.

The third season of From continues the story of the denizens of Fromville as they try to figure out the town's many mysteries, keep themselves safe from the monsters, and discover if there is a way for them to go home.

Premiering in September, the tenth and final episode of From season 3 will premiere this Sunday, November 24. When we last left off (SPOILERS!) the townsfolk are still searching for Fatima, unaware that Elgin is holding her hostage in the root cellar.

This season has seen a lot of significant developments, most notably at the start when Tabitha woke up in a hospital back in the real world and met Victor's father, Henry (Robert Joy). Sadly for them both, they do end up getting returned to town. Elsewhere, Fatima and Ellis have been dealing with her pregnancy while Julie, Randall, and Marielle struggle with the aftermath of their time in the dungeon held captive by the music box entity.

From is from executive producer and creator John Griffin (Crater) and showrunner Jack Pinkner (Lost, Alias, Fringe). Jack Bender directs (Lost, Game of Thrones).

Interestingly, Griffin describes season 3 as "the end of the beginning." Pinkner teases that by the end of the finale, we will finally learn why these characters are trapped in Fromville, but "will understanding help them to escape? And if so, how?"

Here's creator John Griffin's full statement:

"With the culmination of Season Three we have, in many ways, reached the end of the beginning. In Season Four, a new journey begins. The question is whether it will lead our characters home, or deeper into this unrelenting nightmare. We are so grateful to our partners at MGM+ to be able to continue this tale and beyond excited to share the news with our amazing FROMily."

Make sure you don't miss out on this weekend's finale episode! All episodes of From are now available to stream on MGM+.
