What kind of horror movie do you want to watch this week? A revenge thriller? A tense, cat-and-mouse slasher? What about a holiday horror movie featuring a sinister Ebenezer Scrooge? There's quite a selection available at home this week before Christmas.

The only downside to this week's scary movie options is that almost all of them are on demand, meaning you'll need to pay out of pocket to rent them from digital retailers like Apple TV, Amazon, and Vudu. But there is one newer release arriving on Shudder this Friday! Last Straw is a decent slasher film that debuted a few months ago, and now Shudder subscribers will have the chance to watch it with their sub.
