Another season of Netflix's delightfully wacky, dark, and creative anthology series Love, Death + Robots is coming to the streamer this May.
The fourth volume of the acclaimed show features all kinds of dazzling hijinks, continuing its uniquely entertaining blend of animation, horror, science fiction, and fantasy.
As shown in the latest teaser, volume 4 features gladiator dinosaurs, mischievous cats, epic fights, alien creatures, and so much more. The upcoming season includes 10 new segments.
In addition to the teaser embedded above, Netflix also shared new photos, some of which we've included below. The first one depicts a resilient female gladiator mid-battle. Another image features an adorable-looking robot/household appliance with an angry, bedraggled orange cat beside it. And then there's a frightening photo of a monster of some kind opening its fanged mouth to breathe fire (?).

Creator Tim Miller (Deadpool) spoke with Netflix Tudum about what's to come, teasing that they worked with "some really f**king fantastic writers and artists" for the latest short films included in this installment.
So, who are the talented individuals who worked on volume 4? The series itself is executive produced by David Fincher (Mindhunter, Se7en), with Jennifer Yuh Nelson (Kung Fu Panda 2) returning as the supervising director. Miller, Nelson, and Fincher have directed episodes of the show, with Fincher making his animation debut in volume 3. Netflix hasn't shared any other specifics about the next batch (yet).
The adult animated series debuted in 2019 and has produced over 30 shorts since, but fans have been waiting about three years for the next batch of episodes. Thankfully, the wait isn't much longer! Coupled with the incoming new season of Black Mirror, sci-fi fans have a lot to look forward to at Netflix right now.
Check out the new poster below for the next volume, cheekily teasing "volume f***" on the top.

The first three seasons of Love, Death + Robots are currently streaming on Netflix, with the fourth volume set to arrive on May 15.
