Hulu has released the official trailer for the next batch of American Horror Stories episodes, this time featuring stars like Debby Ryan, Victor Garber, Henry Winkler, and Michael Imperioli. The five new episodes will begin streaming as part of a special "Huluween" event starting October 15.

The trailer embedded above gives us a much better idea of what to expect from the latest batch, including a dip into the backrooms, monsters lurking under a bed, and something sinister involving clones.

  • The Thing Under the Bed - Debby Ryan stars in this episode about a girl who seems to bring monsters to life with her dreams; a monster is shown yanking people under the bed.
  • Backrooms - Likely a nod to the internet's favorite eerie liminal space and found-footage shorts, Michael Imperioli stars
  • Clone - An episode with a sci-fi twist featuring Victor Garber
  • Leprechaun - Brief clip shows a guy saying, "They're bloodsuckers," and what I assume is a leprechaun attacking someone
  • X - Black and white episode with Henry Winkler

In addition to the stars mentioned above, the fourth season of American Horror Stories will also star June Squibb, Jeff Hiller, Jessica Barden, Angel Bismark Curiel, Guy Burnet, and Dyllón Burnside.

American Horror Stories is a spinoff of the long-running horror anthology show American Horror Story, which last aired this past April with the back half of season 12, subtitled "Delicate." FX renewed American Horror Story through season 13, but no information has been shared on what to expect from next season yet.

The episodic spinoff last aired during 2023's "Huluween" event with four new episodes and featured stars like Lisa Kudrow, Lisa Rinna, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Emily Browning.

It's a good time for Ryan Murphy fans, as the prolific television producer has multiple other projects currently airing and in development, like the recently released Monsters: The Erik and Lyle Menendez, and the FX series American Sports Story and Grotesquerie.
