Actor and filmmaker Izabel Pakzad makes her feature directorial debut with this movie. She also penned the screenplay. You might recognize her from her small role as Lydia in the drama series The Deuce. She also wrote, directed, and starred in a short film titled Don’t Worry, It’s Gonna Be Ok.

Welcome To Italy S.R.L. signed on to produce Find Your Friends along with WWPS.TV, Walters Media Group, and Angry Cloud. Additionally, Allison Friedman, Andrea Iervolino, Monika Bacardi, Gary Michael Walters and Luca Matrundola are all producers of the film.

The plot centers around a young woman named Amber and her group of close girlfriends as they take a trip to Joshua Tree for a weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of living in LA. But what was supposed to be a peaceful trip turns into a complete nightmare when they arrive and discover that the locals don't want them there. They even find themselves being stalked by some local men. As Amber's friends begin to uncover Amber’s past trauma, what was supposed to be a fun trip eventually becomes "one of revenge."
