While we love a good scary movie, sometimes we're in the mood to watch something more funny than scary. Luckily, there are so many comedy horror flicks to choose from. The Return of the Living Dead (1985)

When Frank, the manager of a medical supply warehouse, tries to impress a new employee by showing him military drums containing a toxic gas called Trioxin in the warehouse's basement, he accidentally releases the gas from the drum, which reanimates corpses into flesh-eating zombies. Chaos then ensues as the brain-hungry zombies begin to attack the living.

Beetlejuice (1988)

Beetlejuice is arguably one of the best comedy horror movies of the '80s. It stars Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin as a recently deceased couple and ghosts who find themselves trapped in their idyllic country home, where a new family has moved in and changed things around. Scary Movie (2000)

American Psycho (2000)
