Cast announced for Bring Her Back, upcoming horror movie from Talk to Me directors

The filmmaking process for the upcoming horror film Bring Her Back is moving right along, with five new cast additions having just been announced. More on this below.

We first learned of Bring Her Back in April 2024 when it was announced that Talk to Me directors Danny and Michael Philippou would be teaming up again with A24 on a new project. That project being an original horror film titled Bring Her Back. It was revealed that Danny and Michael would be helming the horror movie with Samantha Jennings and Kristina Ceyton from Causeway Films signed on to produce. It was also revealed at the time that talented actress Sally Hawkins (The Shape of Water) had been cast in an undisclosed role and that filming would be getting started in the summer of 2024. However, plot details were kept secret, and it was unknown who would be writing the script.

Unfortunately, plot details are still being kept under wraps, and who will be penning the screenplay is still unknown. But the good news is that several actors have just been cast in the upcoming horror flick. Joining Hawkins in the Bring Her Back cast are Billy Barratt (Invasion), Jonah Wren Phillips (Sweet Tooth), Sally-Anne Upton (Neighbours, Wentworth), Stephen Phillips (The Leftovers, Neighbours), and Sora Wong, a newcomer to the entertainment industry. Like Hawkins, their roles are undisclosed, but what we do know is that Barratt will be starring opposite of Hawkins.
